Returns & Refunds
At Covenant Collective, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of the personal nature of our products, we’ve created the following policy to ensure both product integrity and a positive customer experience.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Products that have been altered or improperly stored
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at covenantcollectivelabel@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
