At Covenant Collective, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because of this, please allow a short processing time before your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Warm Weather & Product Care

Our products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in warmer temperatures.

If your product arrives softened:

  • Place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes
  • Allow it to return to room temperature before use

Texture changes may occur, but this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at covenantcollectivelabel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
